Characteristic
It has a pleasant subtle aroma and sweet taste. Color range is from almost colorless to orange-yellow. It crystallizes quickly. Flower honey can be obtained both from ordinary agricultural crops - clover, sweet clover and from wild plants belonging to weeds - cornflower, aspen, bittercress and others.
